Job Search Checklist
When you register as a candidate with Element, the following services are always provided to you free of charge:
- Initial Consultation: We will speak with you by phone to determine whether it will benefit you to meet with us in person given your current employment situation.
- Interview: We will meet with you in person to get to know your goals and what type of professional environment is most attractive to you. We will also tell you about the strategies we use to find you a new job.
- Resume: If necessary we will work with you on your resume to provide the strongest version to send to potential employers.
- Training & Skills: Though many of you are already very experienced we can provide software and skills training in newer disciplines like Electronic Litigation Support.
- Marketing You: We will create an action plan for you and us to get your name and resume to the right hiring authorities at the companies you want to work for. We will also assist in negotiating a compensation package.
